Astrodharma Transit Report: July 2021

THE END OF AMBIVALENCE

Would you characterize your closest relationships as a “liberating commitments?” Yes and no, right? We’re forever balancing our evolving needs with those of our partner’s.

The first ten days of July demand that we break free of “responsibly repressive” models of love, work and service, or risk sudden rifts and schisms– if not total break-ups. This is especially true if you have personal planets between 6 and 20 degrees in fixed signs (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius).

Venus and Mars, you see, are transiting the proud, self-respecting sign of Leo, opposing testy Saturn and Square freedom-loving Uranus, forming a tense T-square. Time to rip off the politically correct face mask and un-mute the soul.

The question is: Will we reset our commitments through hardhearted rejection or reactivity-mastered presence? Will we be stubbornly positional or simply allow what is alive and true to re-form our relationships?

Sometimes we have to risk losing everything in order to reconnect with what is indigenous to our soul.

The Art of War

The trick is to fully challenge, then fully submit; to push to be heard then pull back and completely empathize with the other’s perspective. This is the “art of war” in the era of Covid: knowing when to give ground.

The good news: Jupiter is trine Mercury for five days immediately following this tense, huffy T-Square (July 10-15) helping us to separate the reliable big-picture truths from the embarrassing, adolescent ones. Best to wait until this witness-friendly window opens up before making any grand, life-changing decrees.

Conspiracy-friendly Realism

Trusted institutions continue to shatter in the face of shocking, unexpected facts on the ground. Where must one go to receive the most accurate, updated “injections” of truth? Depends on how much paradigm-cracking your psyche has the capacity to withstand. One thing’s for sure: the most delusional thing to do now is to subscribe to the tidy, black-and-white worldview espoused by the corporate media.

Here’s a few tips from empathic Cancer:

Stop spewing arid absolutes about the vax. Instead, allow your Cancer tear ducts to vote as you track the mounting vaccine injury reports.

Before you do or don’t take the jab, feel into “The ten points of the Nuremberg code.” Ask: Does this untested nanotech jab produce fruitful results… “unprocurable by other methods?

Uranus square Saturn challenges everyone to become a conspiracy-friendly realist.

The world is changing at a furious, unprecedented rate. Easy to get shocked into a kind of “paradigm paralysis” that saddles us with outdated data and artificially narrow life options. July is here to pressure-test our pinched perspective until we spring free of this nostalgic la-la land and pounce on the opportunities in the upheaval.

July 9th New Moon in Cancer
Busting Out

Two days before the July 9th New Moon in Cancer, Mercury leaves its post-retrograde shadow period. Good time to think clearly about where “home” is and what our hurtable humanness needs to deeply relax and feel secure. It also bodes well for untangling relational knots and tensions, so that old loves can get a fresh start. Sometimes blind commitment cripples our life force and self-esteem. What to do? Saturn/Uranus says, First, “go macro” by feeling into your ultimate, “what I came here to do” truth (Uranus). Then, and only then, bust out of your “repressively responsible” prison cell (Saturn).

July 23rd Full Moon in Aquarius
End of Ambivalence

Venus and Mars are now forming an adventurous opposition to Jupiter. The Uranus/Mars opposition that took place on the New Moon may now culminate in a move to another state or country, the start of a new field of study or tje “coming out” as a teacher/mentor/counselor. Sometimes patience and flexibility are just heart-numbing evasions. This Aquarius Full Moon, rubbing shoulders with death-stinky Pluto, says, “It’s time to get “all in” or “all out.” Will the tension and conflict felt so urgently earlier in the month now culminate in a more passionate, fully-embodied commitment to life as it is, or will we confess, “Now that I know how much this is not working, better to blow it up and start again?”

Either way, a exhilarating rush of freedom awaits us when we rid ourselves of ambivalence and halfhearted accommodation.

Feeling restless and unfulfilled? Not sure what direction to move? Let’s talk.
