In 1970, Stephen Stills wrote a song named, Love the One You’re with. Venus Retrograde in Aries (March 1st- April 12th) agrees with the sentiment, but sings it differently: Lose the one you’re with.

Be scandalously unfaithful to the preconceived picture you have of each other. Encourage each other to have torrid affairs with new, exciting me-stories.

A good relationship keeps “ending” enough to live together in the honeymoon moment.

Mad Max Mystic

March opens with half the Zodiac in the ego-dissolving sign of Pisces. Mars (ruler of Aries) is direct, but still crawling. It’s a stifling set-up for Venus retro in Aries, impatient for a relational reset. Our best bet: be assertively tentative:

What seems to want to happen is…

Relationships are hard to classify now. Friend, enemy, lover, stranger: heady contrivances. Why try? All will be revealed mid-April, when Mercury is direct. Until then, engage in daring extroverted introspection.

How are you?

Familiar– yet ragingly incomprehensible– entities are coming to visit. Mind calls them “friends.”

Meanwhile, Mercury retro in Aries looms (March 14- April 6th) and the Lunar and Solar eclipses inch ever-closer, (March 14th and 29th, respectively). Good to get detail work done during the first week of the month, then turn on the Mad Max Mystic.

When Mercury and Venus go retrograde together in Aries the world turns into a military-grade crash course in the dynamics of ego. One way or another, the mosh pit of me-stories must offload its steamy self-hatred. By guns or grace, we must find relief.

If you listen closely, you will hear Mad Max soothing, The intention is pure.

Aries wants a grand pivot, a final release. Pisces sits in the dark, enthralled by a mysteriously unfolding dawn. Will we hold the tension, awaiting a final nod from the Tao? Or will we act impulsively, like an unsupervised ape, setting ourselves up for interpersonal buyer’s remorse?

Have faith. A divinely-ordained action plan will likely arrive on or near the March 29th New Moon Solar eclipse in Aries. Twenty-four hours later, Neptune enters the sign of Aries for the first time in 165 years: a profound collective turning point. Look to the house where 9 degrees Aries show up. A new, more genuinely alive, soul path opens there.

In the mean time, our waterlogged Aries fire needs some kind of forward-moving expression. For clarity around this, let us direct our attention to the themes of Neptune in Aries.

1. Advancement of intuitive gifts and spiritual leadership

2. Direct confrontation of half-truths, misdirects and aggressive entrancement.

Notice how the second gives birth to the first.

Consider the corruption exposed by DOGE while researching the expenditures of USAID. Turns out, the tax-payers were funding a worldwide media Psy-Op.

Our most deeply held beliefs were shaped; our passionate causes, scripted. Our cultural interests and tastes were curated and even our opposition to certain systems was anticipated and designed.

Yikes. What, then, remains of authentic human experience? Pisces whispers,

Nothing… without a courageously empty Neptune in Aries “Beginner’s Mind.”

Neutrino Meditation

Did you know that there are 100 trillion subatomic “ghost particles” that pass, like an endless slanting rain, through your body every second? The month of March asks us to see through the eyes of these “Neutrinos.”

To them, this fleshy evidence of separation simply doesn’t exist!

Think of it: trillions of 3-D “things” (not unlike the nearby couch or table) are, even now, hurling through our empty spaces, completely unimpeded.

I invite you now to close your eyes and visualize this unstopable hail of ghost particles– trillions of them whizzing through you every second.

Something scientifically verifiable, yet entirely incomprehensible, is blowing through you.

Notice how the density of flesh starts to pixelate into an energy field and the spaciousness of who you are becomes palpable, visceral, alive.

You are space with a face.

Now turn it around.

You are a “Neutrino of flesh” flying through a gargantuan Being whose intracellular spaces are so gapingly wide that you fail to register any presence at all.

Is this not our predicament?

How does one move through space when they somatically know it as the body of God?
