FEBRUARY PRESENTS an interesting opportunity: socially engaged introversion. How comfortable can you be “alone together?” It’s as if this Mercury retrograde (in Aquarius until Feb 11) is grooming us for the kind of unwavering self-possession we might need to work calmly, side-by-side during the geopolitically tense and militant March equinox period. Then comes the Jupiter-focused Yod, or eye-of-god aspect, on the 14th. Time to unscrew the training wheel belief systems from the pure awareness bicycle.
Next up, Feb 19th: a stellium of the Sun, Moon, Venus, Mars, Neptune and Chiron all falling in otherworldly Pisces. Dogma free, we’re not just tolerant; there’s nobody else out there. Prostration phobic? Great time to get over it. Time to bow down to the groggy Gods milling all around us even as we sense into the portentous undertone: the Saturn/Neptune square (see article below) bleeding the edges of our imprisoning paradigms; the Mars ignited Uranus/Pluto square (CorpGov vs.common man) tightening, day by delirious day (exact: March 17th).
Be honest. We belittle ourselves, talking so earnestly about a dream. Especially now, during the final weeks of February when the eyes of every roaming, ravenous dream-animal plead, “Will you die well for me? Will you die well for me?”
