Astrodharma Transit Report: February 2026

The internet is abuzz with this month’s eclipse-rattled Saturn/Neptune conjunction in Aries. The old world order is aggressively dissolving but the the new order is ill-defined, clouded by the fog of Mercury retrograde in Pisces.

It’s tense, adrenaline-pumping stuff. Yet our karmic predicament remains the same:

Is awareness having a personality, or is personality going rogue?

You can tell it’s God whispering because the answer is always the same: a heavenly executed next breath.

Tasting the soothing eternalness of pure awareness– and allowing personality to flower from its holy soil– is our peace-preserving purpose, our 24/7 “inner game,” and without it, all of life (including Astrology) is “food for the mind–” an all-you-can-eat buffet of manic distraction and meaningless suspense.

Dream Sport

On January 26th, Neptune sailed into the gutsy, combative sign of Aries for 13 years, pushing us to remember: this is dream-sport. A full-bodied race to remember… we never left the starting gate.

The race gets off to a rocky start, however, when Saturn and Neptune collide in the sign of Aries on Feb 20th. Think of it as an Aries upgrade to the sign of Pisces:

No, compassion isn’t gentle; it artfully confronts. Communion is dissociative if it fails to reckon with real human differences. “No” is a loving answer!

The Dharma of A.I.

Over the next year, Saturn/Neptune will dissolve many outdated structures and paradigms of our world. Many will wrestle with Saturn survival fear, strike out in Aries anger or retreat into the dazed victim (lower octave Neptune).

To calm our nervous system and make meaning out of the madness, we must grab hold of the self-realization potentials inherent in this drama.

How? By working with the dharmic pointer embedded into the mad race to AGI:

Why did I chose to incarnate at a time when hurtable humanness bows at the altar of machine intelligence?

Orphaned ego’s answer is Aries brash and dismissive: “The question is pointless. There is no knowable answer.”

Strangely, deal-breakers like this are signs of progress: a chance to wander lucidly through the blinding fog of nihilism, noticing how shimmering stabs of sunlight break through whenever we feel past whatever “pickle” we think we’re in and allow our heart to break for the billions of other souls living as quivering isolated units.

Purpose Confusion

What if “the one sure, right thing to do” is unrealizable without grief for the “orphaned and adrift” in us all?

What if the feel-good purpose we’re so hungry for arrives packaged in god-parched despair?

What if “lasting purpose” is elusive because we expect it to be immediately empowering and upbeat; a means of relieving our suffering, instead of a way to help others make meaning out of theirs?

This Saturn/Neptune “purpose-confusion” might explain our over-elevation of the brainy and metallic.

Perhaps our slumbering, homesick soul asked God to “fast forward” the endgame of brain-bound purpose-seeking by littering the world with problem-solving psychopaths that never sleep (A.I.) so we can see that every timebound “fix,” no matter how impressively data-crunchy, gives rise to yet another problem.

What if “all is well” is what truly terrifies us?

Ego, the anxious, orphaned problem-solver (brilliantly out-pictured by A.I.’s sleepless, energy-sucking data centers) secretly cherishes problems– and the crisis management lifestyle they produce. Why? Because the relentless posture of “fixing” and “making moments better” turns momentary synaptic firing into a solid, separate somebody.

It matters little whether this somebodyness feels capable and driven or defeated and depressed. Either way, “pure-seeing,” (and its do-ership threatening sense of full arrival) gets clobbered by a barrage of me-stories that defend ego from its arch enemy: the One Being animating all.

Full arrival is death to the one who’s getting somewhere.

This is the quintessential teaching of the Saturn/Neptune conjunction.

A message echoed by A.I., whose humming circuits embody the fretting “functionalist” in us all, so we might, at last, dethrone the problem-solver and replace him with someone of more noble lineage: a soul-seeing presence whose joy and privilege it is to provide safe harbor for self-inquiry and Self-remembering in others.

Mystic Dehydration

Finally, we admit it: the robots are dark gurus designed to confront our machine-like way of inhabiting consciousness and, with their help, we are fast approaching a bifurcation point:

Will we dance hard and sexy, lost in the beat of the “automation fest?”

Or will we resacralize our moments on earth’s broken-but-entirely-adequate stage set by confessing the secret shame we feel trying to sustain this “orphaned-but-not-anxious” smokescreen of a face?

Only then does our mystic dehydration become palpable enough to send us gulping at the spring of interBeing, alive to a purpose as heartbroken as it is shatterproof.

Note for fridge:

Mind is the master of meaningless suspense. That’s why You douse me in radical emptiness.

February Transits

Here’s a shortlist of this month’s major transits:

Jan 26th- Neptune entered Aries
Feb 13th- Saturn enters Aries
Feb 17th- Solar Eclipse in Aquarius
Feb 20th- Saturn conjunct Neptune in Aries
Feb 26th – March 20th- Mercury Retrograde in Pisces

Let’s begin with the most all-pervading one: “The Cult Buster.”

Saturn Conjunct Neptune (exact Feb 20th)

Saturn conjunct Neptune in Aries bursts into our lives like a ballsy spiritual interventionist, swinging a baseball bat at Neptune’s delicate porcelain faith, turning naive believer’s into cynical skeptics. Why is Saturn/Neptune such a hard ass in the face of ego’s earnest-but-cerebral attempts at spirituality?

Because we’re locked into cult and we need a cultbuster. Someone to break down the doors of the atheist compound in our head and drag out the creepy cynic-in-robes who defines God as “a healthy world-ordering premise.”

Someone to raise the stakes: “Listen up, buster, either you sprinkle your manic me-story with divine pauses or I’ll stuff your mouth full of antidepressants.”

Still shying away from Cultbuster’s militant command to reactivate: “eternity-with-eyes?” Cultbuster growls, “How bout’ I throw a little nuclear threat into the mix?”

Three Ways to convert Eclipsey Stress into Holy Rest

This Saturn/Neptune conjunction continues until March 3rd, 2027. That means we have another year of watching the rules and social structures we thought would last our whole lives, melt away.

Here’s three things you can do convert eclipsey stress into holy rest:

One: Stop reacting and start working with your self-inquiry question: Is awareness having a personality, or is personality going rogue?

Two: Find out what part of your chart this exact Saturn/Neptune conjunction is moving through. This is where you are being asked to pull dreams down from the heavens and anchor them in reality.

Think of it as your “generosity bunker.”

Three: Plunge yourself into what Saturn/Neptune excels at: disciplined absorption: a task– part Saturn technique, part Pisces muse– that’s so compelling that it turns you into “energy moving.” For some this might look like spiritual study and practice or getting trained to offer a marketable soul-seeing modality.

Feb 17th New Moon Solar Eclipse in Aquarius
Vision Quest Catalyst

Conjunct Mars and square Uranus, this Sun/Moon conjunction in Aquarius promises a sudden release of tension that shakes the planet. In the name of Aquarian freedom, a burst of shock and awe.

Will you condemn whichever sock-puppet seems to have triggered the shock? Or will you inquire into what The Divine Hand is up to?

Think of this eclipse as a vision quest catalyst. Block off a portion of the Solar/Lunar eclipse window (Feb 17th – March 3rd) to anchor more deeply into your “reason for being” so you can emerge as a shinier soul-mirror for your God-given friends and family.

Many a prayer gets “shaken free” when a world-rocking eclipse season combines with a introspective Mercury retrograde in Pisces (Feb 26th – March 20th).

Perhaps this will help set the tone:

The world is reeling– a storm of forgiveness and offense. That’s why you douse me in radical emptiness.
