Shock jock Awakener (Uranus) and his Kali cohort, Pluto, (killer of what is already energetically dead) continue to foment a bloodless coup (or should I say “creative revolution”) in the miserably secure parts of our psyches – especially for all those with personal planets between 10 and 16 degrees in cardinal signs (Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn). Good thing our soul was groomed for this tensely enlivening time.
Lots of new engines trying to start up in our lives, but messy emotions accompany any process of break out (no matter how apparently mutual and graceful). Think of the first part of May as a time to clean out the emotional residue that April’s cross and eclipses dredged up, then get ready to rise from the ashes into a new life after May 20th when Mars goes direct. Yes we can.
The Jupiter/Mars limb of the grand square starts to come apart on May 7th, but the rest of the cross’s squares and oppositions continue straight on through May. Interpersonally and vocationally, life continues to ask us to burn hot. My advice: proactively transform and reinvigorate both of them now before Pluto and Uranus yank their stinky corpses away from you. Lots of people are using the intensity of work to dissociate from the overwhelming feelings of this time. That’s okay for now. The cross is speeding up our metabolism for change. A month of depression flips by in ten minutes. Battle wounds heal quickly. Strike a balance between letting go and setting new, gifted parts of you free. And do it now…before Mercury goes retrograde for the whole month of June.
